Culture : Mongolia celebrated its 50 years birthday of relations with Belgium with Verdi

His Excellency Mr. Luvsanvandan Bold invited the famous Mongolian Bariton Amartuvshin Enkhbat to celebrate the 50 years birthday of relations with Belgium. The Mongolian artist is performed the new production of Verdi Rigoletto at Opera Royal of Wallonie in Liege. 

The famous Mongolian Bariton Amartuvshin Enkhbat is the winner of numerous national and international lyric competitions such as the famous 14th Tchaïkowski International competition in Saint-Petersburg, the International Opera Singing Competition O Peralia in Beijing or the BBC Cardiff Singer of the world competition. He is currently performing 3, 5,8,11 and 13th March at the Liège Opera.

His Excellency presented his Letters of Credence to His Majesty Philippe, the King of Belgium on 24 February 2022, and officially assumed his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Belgium. During the audience, Ambassador Mr. Bold conveyed the warm greetings of His Excellency Mr. Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, the President of Mongolia to His Majesty, and noted the expansion of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries. The two sides exchanged views on furthering cooperation in agriculture, environment, production, and education.

His Majesty reciprocated the greetings, extended his best wishes for the welfare and prosperity of the people of Mongolia, and wished Ambassador success in his further endeavours.
